Bakels Leamington Raspberry
A coloured and flavoured powder which only requires the addition of boiling water to make the sauce into which prepared sponge shapes are dipped and then covered in coconut.

Pettina Apple Mix
A mix consisting of dehydrated apple pieces and a soft gel powder. May be used on it's own as a filling or used in combination with tinned pie apples as an extender. Requires only soaking in water for ┬▒ 10 minutes before using.
