ENBELETT

Ideal for custard slices, filling doughnuts and any application where top quality bake and freeze thaw stable instant custard is required. A crème patisserie style product can be obtained by blending up to 50% of whipped cream into the reconstituted custard.

An instant non-dairy "patisserie-style" custard powder producing a superior quality custard that is suitable for use in Danish Pastries, Flans, Gateaux, Éclairs and slices. This custard is stable to the addition of acid fruits, alcohol and is non-souring.
