Voltem Quick
A composite improver, recommended for rolls, fancy bread and starch reduced dough's requiring a bulk fermentation of 10 minutes. Also suitable for roll production and whole meal.

Usage 1.5% to 2% based on flour weight.

Lecinta 650
A composite bread or roll improver containing emulsifiers, oxidants, yeast foods but does not contain Ropal. May be used with the addition of 0.25% Merita Shortening. Lecinta 650 is designed to give improved loaf quality and longer shelf life.

Usage 0.5 to 1% based on flour weight for bread.
Usage 2% based on flour weight for fancy breads and rolls.
Available in 25kg Bag

Lecitem 2000
A superior emulsified bread improver to suit a variety of production methods.

Usage 1.5% to 2% on flour weight for fancy breads and rolls.
Available in 25kg Bag

Lecitex 20/30
A carefully formulated composite bread improver containing preservatives, emulsifiers, oxidizing agents, yeast and dough conditioners. Lecitex 20/30 is suitable for both white and brown bread.

Usage 1% for bread based on flour weight 0.3% fat may be added.

Lecimax
A superior roll improver. Suitable for Crispy rolls and Portuguese buns.

Usage 2% on flour weight for fancy breads and rolls.

Lecicool
An improver for the production of frozen dough's.

Usage 3% based on flour weight. Only made to order

Super Lecitex B
Improver for special breads and rolls. Used for no-time dough's.

Usage 1.5% to 2% on flour weight.

Bakels Lecitem Pumpable
A liquid improver blend of emulsifiers, enzymes and vegetable oils.

Usage 0.3% to 0.5% on flour weight in bread.
Usage 0.75% to 1% on flour weight in rolls.
Available in 20 kg Drum

Bakels Dobrim Extra
An improver for white and brown bread and Baguettes.

Usage 0.1% to 0.3% on flour weight.
